Welcome to Funny Exchange (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Funny Exchange through our website, mobile experience, and related services. By accessing, browsing, registering, depositing, withdrawing, or placing any bet on Funny Exchange, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Platform Use & Prohibited Activities
Funny Exchange is provided for sports exchange participation and related informational/entertainment functionality. You agree not to misuse the Platform, interfere with operations, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):
- Fraud, identity manipulation, or providing false KYC documents
- Account sharing, selling, transferring, or leasing accounts
- Market manipulation, collusion, or coordinated activity to distort prices/liquidity
- Using automation, bots, or scripts without written permission
- Abusive behavior toward staff, users, or support channels
- Attempting to exploit bugs, security gaps, or platform loopholes
6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules
Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification, risk checks, and anti-fraud controls. You may be required to confirm ownership of payment methods and bank/UPI details. For safety, Funny Exchange may restrict transactions that appear suspicious, inconsistent with account verification, or linked to third-party payment sources.
You agree that deposits should come from accounts/payment methods that you control and that match your verified identity where required. Attempting to deposit using third-party funds, stolen payment sources, or unauthorized access may result in immediate account restrictions.
7. Betting Mechanics & Order Matching
Funny Exchange operates using exchange-style mechanics where applicable, which may include matched and unmatched orders. Once an order/bet is matched, it may be irreversible according to Platform rules. Unmatched orders may be cancellable before matching (subject to system conditions). Market availability and pricing are influenced by real-time activity, event status, and liquidity.
8. Odds, Results, and Settlement
Funny Exchange settles markets based on official or recognized result sources and internal settlement rules. Settlement may take additional time when events are under review, delayed, suspended, or disputed. If a market is cancelled or voided, stakes may be returned according to the Platform’s Rules & Regulations.
9. Bonuses, Promotions & Offers
Any bonuses, cashback, or promotional credits (if offered) may be subject to eligibility criteria, time limits, and wagering requirements. Promotional balances may not be withdrawable until conditions are met. Misuse, multiple-account attempts, or suspicious activity may result in bonus cancellation and account restrictions.
10. Responsible Gaming
We encourage responsible participation and provide tools and controls to help users manage activity. If you feel that betting is becoming harmful, consider using limits, time-outs, or self-exclusion options where available. You acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and should be treated as entertainment, not income.

You agree that you use the Platform at your own discretion and are responsible for your decisions, stakes, and strategy. Never wager amounts you cannot afford to lose.
12. Suspension, Restriction & Termination
Funny Exchange may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account (temporarily or permanently) if we detect violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, KYC/AML concerns, chargeback behavior, or conduct that threatens platform integrity. During a restriction, certain features (deposits, betting, withdrawals, access) may be limited while checks are performed.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funny Exchange is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, missed opportunities, emotional distress, or losses related to betting outcomes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability of any market or feature.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical interruptions, third-party service issues, or network outages.
